How long it will take to confirm the requests/bookings? |
Exclusively for Middle East and Asia you will get instant confirmation through phone according to your requirements and requests.Confirmations to other destinations will be considered upon a request on phone or email and will be confirmed within 24 to 48 hrs. |

If I book with you, how I recieve the invoice and voucher? |
Once your booking is confirmed and we receive the payment details, the invoice and voucher will be sent to your email address, or fax whichever is preferable within the same where possible. |

What are the payment options? |
Credit Cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Card and Switch .etc are acceptable. Cheque and Bank Drafts will be accepted if received 10 days prior to booking date. A surcharge will be levied on payments by credit card. Payments by Visa & MasterCard incur 1.5% and American Express incur 2%. No charge is made for Debit cards.Once you booking stands confirmed, we will take your card details either through our secure server or by phone. |

Can I check availablity online? |
Yes. We provide this service. You have to register with us and thereby you will get the privilege of checking availability online and make your requests. Worldwide, we offer very selected hotels to check instant availability. The availability will depend on the season. |

Can I book online? |
No. You can send a request. Our request form or an email request from your side will be processed by our reservation team and will get back to with a well tailored holiday within 24-48 hrs. |

What will I do, if I cant get my flights or someother reason if I cant travel?Is my booking safe? |
Sure. At the time of booking we will provide you with an option of a cancellation waiver to be taken. This will help you to get a refund of your amount except the cancellation charges and cc surcharge. Cancellation waiver details are mentioned clearly in our terms and conditions. |

What is cancellation waiver?If it is not taken,what will happen? |
This is an optional cancellation protection paid at the time of booking. The cancellation waiver which must be accepted at the time of payment for your booking. Having it means you can receive a full refund less premium / amendment fees subject to you canceling within the appropriate timescale and our terms and conditions. |
